Tax Exemption

Every donation made to My Starfish Foundation is eligible for tax exemption under subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967.

We thank you for your generous donation to MSF through My Pledge for helping us make a positive impact to the community.

Direct Debit / Autodebit Donation

By signing this Direct / AutoDebit Authorisation, you authorise us to arrange for funds to be debited from your Credit / Debit Card or bank account. Your selected recurring donation amount will be automatically deducted based on your chosen frequency, via the payment gateway. Please ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account to allow the debit to be processed successfully in accordance with this Authorisation. Please be informed that any charges, fees, or penalties incurred due to insufficient funds or exceeding your credit limit shall be borne by you.

All donations will support MSF’s general services. There will be no refunds for any direct debit or auto debit donations once processed, except in cases of technical errors such as duplicate charges. If you notice any error in the deduction of your account, please contact us in writing. Donations under this Direct Debit / AutoDebit Authorisation are ongoing in nature.

Deduction Frequency

Your account will be debited according to the frequency selected by you (monthly, every 6 months, or yearly). Please refer to your bank or credit card statement for confirmation of deductions.

Tax-exempt e-invoice

You will receive a tax-exempt e-invoice from MSF via your registered email for each donation. This will be issued after submission of the required details via QR code or donation form.

We will keep all personal data collected under this Direct Debit / AutoDebit Authorisation strictly confidential. The Programme complies with applicable data protection policies. No personal data, whether in paper or electronic form, will be disclosed, used, modified, or reproduced except as permitted under our Personal Data Protection Policy, available on our website.
